Everyone who deploys AI hits the same wall: AI does some work, and a person needs to approve what it does. You check everything, because you're accountable for everything. The work is faster, but you're still the bottleneck.
But you can't just stop checking, right? When an agent sends the wrong email to a client, the client doesn't blame the agent, they'll blame you. Accountability stays with people, so review stays with people, and every new agent and their work adds to the pile of work humans have to do anyway.
We already solved this problem, a loooong time ago… for humans. Nobody reviews a senior employee's every email, nobody configured that trust in a settings panel, either. The employee earned it by doing the work while someone watched, the work held up, and the watching tapered off. Delegation and trust have always run on track records.
AI has no track record. Today you either supervise everything an agent does, forever, or you hand it authority on faith. Every permission system in the industry works the same way: you configure what the agent may do, once, up front. The setting can be narrowed. It never widens because the agent proved something. There's no way to prove anything besides once-off evals.
So we built the record.
Every action shows its work
Each proposal shows the claim, its sources, and what the agent assumed. You skim, then tap approve, edit, or reject. Twenty seconds of your judgment replaces the check-in meeting a new hire would need.
Trust you can read
Every approval, edit, and rejection is saved for each agent and each kind of task. You can always see exactly why an agent has the trust it has.
Promotion is earned
After enough approvals with no edits, the system asks if the agent can run that task without you. One click grants it. Failures demote instantly, and you still decide what it can never touch.
We think this is how all delegation to machines will eventually work, because it's how delegation has always worked. Trust that lives in a feeling can't be transferred, audited, or defended, but trust that lives on a record can.
The elephant in the room is that nobody deploying AI today can say, with evidence, why their agent is allowed to do what it does.
